There was another strange situation in Wednesday's first game as there was in Akron last week. In the first game of today's double header, with two seven-inning games, at Kent State, the Dukes were the home team. Duquesne got the final at-bat, adding two more runs to the half-dozen tallied in the sixth, but still suffered a 14-12 defeat.
